all the NFL Draft “experts” who gave the Titans a poor grade for taking CJ instead of a WR. Not to mention all the Titans fans who wanted Reinfeldt and Fisher fired for doing so.

Clearly he was a late bloomer

His junior season was nothing spectacular, and it appears he was either benched or hurt during his senior season.

Yes he’s great now, but it appears in High School he was nothing special. Hence the two-star rating which is mostly based on high school performance and promise shown.
