Chris Johnson has 3 touchdown runs of 85 yards or more this season. No other running back in league history has that many in their entire career.

Yeah
I was looking for the source of that- hard to trust a blurb at the end of an NBC broadcast, but if it is true, then FREAKING WOW.

That's incredible!
Not even the greats like Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, or Emmitt Smith managed 3 runs of that length in their whole illustrious careers? That’s amazing

thats not true
I had to check that stat when I heard them say it. And while its true Emmitt Smith has never had even 1 run over 80 yards and Barry has only one run 85 yards, BO JACKSON has had runs of 91, 92, and 88 yards.

you're right
Still, it’s pretty amazing that CJ has 3 of them in one season. Bo’s were in 3 different years. And CJ could still very well get a 4th!

Bo's 88 yard run wasn't a touchdown, so the stat quoted is right; he only has 2 TD runs of 85+ yards.
