Staying at 6 until we get a winning record, which will be soon!

Still at a 4.

And really, it ought to go down at this point. Because with a 4-game win streak, we’d really be onto something if we could have just pulled out any single game from that first abysmal 3-game stretch. All we needed was a damn return guy! I mean, shit, vs. the Jets, he didn’t even have to return, just Fair Catch!!!

So yeah, I’m still pissed. And if this team goes 9-7 and misses the playoffs, it’ll get upgraded to super-pissed!

What Danno said.

I’m actually at 5, because I thought last night was an important win. But, I can’t get any higher than that until we turn the season into a winning record. The blunders at the beginning of the season are unforgivable.

Its the approval rating for week 11, not for early season blunders

I thought most everything was good except for playing nick harper over rod hood. 7

I'm at 7...

a combination of my satisfaction with last night and the season as a whole.

not going to go above 7 until we get to at least .500

I'm at a 4, commensurate with win total.

And increasing by one every week that we win.

I really just see some damn talented players finally playing to their potential. As for the coaching staff, I saw inconsistent clock management last night, and also this:

The team is now 3-0 heading into this monster of a game with VY; who does Fisher name team captain? Kerry F. Collins. Way to stand by your decision coach!

On that note though, great job by the assistant coaches/coordinators throughout.

by arilou on Nov 24, 2009 4:49 PM CST reply actions

Speaking of Dinger

why is no one talking about him as a potential replacement for Fisher?

by arilou on Nov 24, 2009 4:51 PM CST up reply actions

The players vote for the captains

Not the Coach. And Collins has been a captain all season.

Official MCM Hater!

Retire #9!

Kind of like...

Vince was a Captain all season last year while Collins was starting.

Down from last week.

1) Nick Harper is playing.

2) Our return game still sucks.

by Titan9 on Nov 24, 2009 4:51 PM CST reply actions

agreed

I can’t give higher than a 6 if harper is still starting and we can’t cover kicks/punts.

Until Fisher completely makes up for his shitty decisions from earlier in the season I can’t go any higher. Harper is a another example of a mistake that could easily have cost us another game and a shot at the playoffs.

started at 8, still at 8

Im impressed with the team but, i’m still pissed with fishers antics and poor decisions earlier this season. And he continues with them now by starting harper. WFT???

On a side note now that we are not the worst team in the NFL i think we should take down the countdown to the draft. Maybe some kind of graph to show what has to happen to get a wildcard.

by VYplsdntsuk on Nov 24, 2009 10:40 PM CST reply actions

Hear, hear!

I started at 7, went up to 8 after a couple of wins, but if Harper stays in much longer it’ll drop back to 7. And I agree to de-emphasize or remove the draft countdown…but I’m superstitious and worried it might jinx us.

I really like this suggestion...

Living in the now

I understand the lower grades, but I’m not looking back past last week.

I’d consider bumping my grade up to 9, but the lack of Rod Hood, and the memory of Harper chasing Johnson into the end zone won’t let me. It stays 8.

I think it should be noted

that the Titans are 4 and 0 since Fisher wore Peyton’s jersey. Peyton helps even division foes.
