VY, CJ, N8 = 41.32 points..will it happen tonight??

I am down by 41.32 in my Fantasy Football league. Score is 55.30 - 96.62

I got Vince, CJ, and Nate.

Rushing and Reception TDs are 6pts. Passing TDs are 4 pts.

Rushing and Reception Yds are 10yds = 1 pt. Passing Yds are 25 yds = 1 pt.

In order to get these points I calculated (roughly) that:

Vince would need: 250 yds 1 TD = 14 pts.

Nate would need: 60 total yds 1 TD = 12 pts.

and CJ would need: 100 total yds 1 TD = 16 pts.

All of that would = 42 pts.

Then there's any mix of situations such as VY Rushing for x amount of yards and getting a rushing TD, Nate having a bigger game, CJ bigger game, etc.

In the end, I would need approximately: 200 yds passing, 150 total yds from CJ/Nate, 3 total Rush/Rec TDs (or 2 Rushing/Rec TDs and 2 Passing TDs).

Incase you're curious, this is my full team:

QBs: Vince, Orton, Leinart

RBs: CJ, Steven Jackson, Turner, Kevin Smith, Chester Taylor

(All acquired via trades over the course of the season, I initially drafted Forte, Moreno to be main backs with Bradshaw and Mendenhall)

WRs: Roddy, Nate, Chaz Schillens, Earl Bennett (I know, weak WRs besides Roddy(usually)..built team around RBs)

TE: Witten

K: Connor Barth (lol)

Def: Cincy

It's a 14 team league and I'm currently in 6th place at 6-4, 8 teams make playoffs, so it's a pretty crucial game vs. my opponent who is 5-5 and more pts than me overall.

Anyways, what do you think? Are our Titans going to come through for me???

My heart is with the Titans winning regardless of Offensive output, but it would be nice to kill 2 birds with 1 stone :)

it was a gamble that backfired, I kept drafting other positions waiting for hasselbeck, garrard, or big ben to grab the last possible moment..everyone drafted QBs early, so I wanted better players in other positions and grab one of those guys later just to get like 10-15 pts a game from that position..but people kept snatching backups earlier than expected and I ended up without one lol..one guy ended up drafting 4 QBs like an idiot thinking he would trade them later..but never got to and now he’s at the bottom still holding on to them lol..I had a real good draft in every other position and made a lot of trades to boost other spots. Plus last year I got Rodgers very very low and it paid out, so I guess I was hoping for a stud later which obviously never happened..

Vince has been getting what I wanted at that position the last few weeks and im on 4 game win streak scoring over 100 each week finally, so I’m hoping he keeps it up..

last few years I’ve had quality QBs for cheap, next year I’m def guna grab an elite guy earlier than I want..I learned my lesson lol.

plus I just picked up leinart, not like I drafted him

I’ll prolly drop him if Warner plays, just trying to screw over another team who has Warner and no backup..

I'm more wondering about what system you use.

Not just one, but 2 decimal places?? Weird.

On to your situation: I think you might be screwed, but it’s possible.

I’m sitting pretty in my ESPN league, up 129-77. I’m done, but my opponent has Andre Johnson. While I could see 30 points, somehow I doubt he manages to break loose for 52.

i’m down 35 points, i have AJ, and Bironas, my opponent has scaife. is there any way for both the titans and my fantasy team to win?

same here im down by 22...

and my opponent is already done, but i still have vy, and andre johnson. it’s likely that my qb and wr will get a combined 22 i need but it will be close. the thing i hate the most is that it will take andre johnson to have a pretty nice game to do it. either way i’m still rooting for the titans of course, even it that means losing my fantasy game.
