Lendale White

What's going on with Lendale White? does he get any carries anymore. He has been relatively quiet these past weeks. He not getting the love he used too? I know some other franchices that would love to have his character and toughness in their locker room. On another note, is Vince mania locking himself as this franchise legit quarterback of teh future or is it still to early to tell. I think he defeintly gives the whole team more confidence and swagger even on the defensive side of the. He is also a proven winner and with the right surronding cast Titans could have a dynasty on hand.

So whose carries is Lendale gonna get?

Chris Johnson’s you say?

No thanks.

Sorry Lendale, good luck with the Texans next year. But I am not taking carries away from the best running back in the league.

I was surprised LenDale didn't get the carries on the goal line

but I think Fish wanted CJ to get the TD because of all the great work he’s put in…

Take away carries from CJ, No?

But I do think we should spell CJ more, and not ride him down. He is our offense, so we need to keep him healthy. I’m guessing not only are they keeping with the hot hand, but they’re trying to help him reach his 2K goal as long as he’s on pace.

agreed

but I think he’s fine under 25 carries and 5 passes… you also have to remember that he doesn’t grind it through the middle nearly as often as most back do.

people also don't get clean shots on him

he’s small, quick, runs low. eddie used to get rocked on every other carry because he was such a big target.

August & Hal, you both make great points...

…I agree with you both. 20 or so carries, no more than 25 are about right. But, after he’s busted off 2 or 3 carries for 40 or more yards each, and he’s near his 20 carries, then he should be rested more than he is now. That’s just my thoughts.

i'd like a little more lendale too

i like keeping teams off balance.

End of the game

But why was CJ still getting carries at the very end of the game, when the game was already decided? All he did was manage a couple and lose -6 on one play I think. I’m worried we’ll get too greedy with his otherworldly production, and either wear him out prematurely or expose him to more injury chance. Everyone here remembers what happened last year, he goes down and poof!…so goes our offense. I think LenDale has proven his mettle here already, and deserves at least some semblance of some quality carries, at least a series or two when we are up.

I am surprised White has been so quiet…

… this poor statistical season from him is hurting his free agent value.

I had to stop arguing with drunks, Steeler fans, and all other fools.
It was making my brick wall jealous...

i wont miss him all that much.

all those tds he had last year were mostly goal line tds. with his weight, its easy to score those many. i say out with lendale and in with ringer. ringer is a good rb. i see a tandem in the feature. mark my words, people will fear the johnson and ringer tandem.
