More evidence the NFL values profit over player safety from the NY Times
You know that study on player concussions and the long-term effects the NFL has been bragging on itself about conducting ever since GQ blew their cover? Yeah, it's a crock. The NFL's chief goon doctor is conducting the exams, and they're comparing the brain damage against football players from other leagues, not the general population... it only gets worse the more you read.

If I were a more principled man I’d boycott the NFL over this. This is really sad. It’s like they called up Big Tobacco and said, “How do we squash this?”
