Not so crazy theory by Don Banks
It took me a while, but I finally figured out what the 0-6 Titans are up to. They're angling for the 2010 first overall pick, and the shot to draft their top choice of the franchise quarterbacks who are projected to populate next year's first round. That's why Jeff Fisher refuses to start Vince Young. He can't risk the chance of Young getting hot and winning a game or three.Right.
Somehow I don't think Tennessee will be taking another ex-Longhorn quarterback in Colt McCoy.

Is Fisher trying to get rid of Vince by not letting him prove himself so we can draft another QB?

Doubtful.
The 14 million dollars VY is owed next year should get him out of town if he doesn’t re-do his deal.
Besides, Fish had a better chance of persuading the team to get a new QB next season without risking his job doing something like tanking the season. At this point, he has to be more worried about losing his job than who the QB next year is gonna be. Why would the team listen to him then if the team’s record was bad? Don’t you think they’d be more likely to listen to his opinion if the team was winning?
The 0-6 start is not all Fisher’s fault. There is plenty of blame to go around.
No one coach or player is to blame. Fingers can be pointed at many guys…
I had to stop arguing with drunks, Steeler fans, and all other fools.
It was making my brick wall jealous...

True
I really doubt he is doing this mainly because I know Fisher will be starting Young for our next game. But it was an interesting theory by Don Banks even though I suppose he might be a little sarcastic with it.
