The Tennessee Titans are approaching Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a chip on their shoulder and looking for their first win of the season. Coach Fisher has made some changes this week for sure, especially at the punt returning job. Hopefully the Titans can come back from this 0-3 hole and show the NFL that they have what it takes to still get at least 8 wins. I am going to go out on a limb and say the score will be 27-23 Titans!!!
