Time for a new poll question
Should we fire Fisher?

I am afraid the answer now is “yes”.
I like Fisher, but I think he needs to go…

We see eye to eye
I agree with every word with this post. I have been a fan since they have came to Nashville and have never been more disapointed in this (suppose to be super bowl contender) team. The schedule is still rough ahead, at most I see 3 wins maybe. By them not playing VY until the end of the game shows that the Titans don’t believe he is the future.

I disagree
I look around the league and see soo many teams like the Bills, Browns, Lions and others that are constantly in flux every 4 years switching head coaches like they do football players and I for one don’t want to be like them. I know its frustrating but you all have to remember that Fisher gets the most from his players and you have seen this when the team has really lacked talent. I am very frustrated with how this season has turned out but i trust things will get solved.

Only if the players are still listening to Fish.
My gut says they may not be.

And i disagree with you
but you also have teams like the falcons, dolphins, 49ers, and ravens who turned their teams around with new head coaches and qbs. those teams u mentioned are lacking a lot of things. the titans already have a lot in place. our run game is good. our wr corps, imo, is pretty good. we need a qb, coaching staff change all the way around, and a secondary. our o and d line, imo, is not elite but sufficient enough. i trust in our young guys at lb. our special teams is a return man away from being good. we have players worth roster spots sitting on practice squad like d edison and aj trapasso. with a good hc and staff behind him and a good 2010 draft we could be a good team again next year. bud adams also needs to be smart about trading players off that we wont use after this year by tomorrow.

defensive teams win championships.
I dont like fishers reluctance to admit mistakes and move on when things obviously arent working, but I would rather have another defensive coach, than a jim zorn

well we need a balanced head coach. a strong offensive coordinator and a great defensive coordinator. but that’s hard to get.

Rumor has it…
… that other teams may be calling the Titans asking about players.
I say, if those players aren’t in the team’s future plans, trade them away and get something for them…
