We, as Titans fans, have a lot of things to be excited about for next season. We have just scratched the surface on VY. His ceiling is unlimited.

I will admit that I was on the VY bandwagon back then as well.

So you elevate your opinion of his performance off his 2nd year in the league?

It seemed the first year, you were more than willing to ride out the next ten years with him?

As far as losing the “it” factor somewhere in his second season, could you be more specific?

People are allowed to change their opinions after being more informed or if circumstances change.

It seems evident to me that even towards the end of VY’s second season, Fisher and Chow had not designed their offense around VY.

What I am saying is that Fisher and Norm Chow need to compromise with the style of quarterback that Vince is. It is not very smart to take a quarterback at #3 overall and try to fit him something he isn’t. Let him do what he does.

@BonzosMontreaux – It’s part of a bigger discussion about whether VY should get an opportunity to start, whether Fisher has enough competence to utilize his talent correctly, and the future of the franchise.

Young could have come back in but Fisher knew that Collins was playing better, so he left Collins carry the load and it worked. Young was reported to be pouting about it.
  Young is immature and not capable, yes he has athletic skills, that does not make him the best one to lead the team though. He is self centered and egotistical and that is dangerous to any team. It will be extremely gratifying if Collins gets the nod this weekend. Young’s 9 TD passes and 17 pick are reason enough to start Collins. However I will probably be banned for stating this.

Young still isn’t as bad as JaMarcus Russell. And we got no Kerry Collins to…oh wait, we did have him…say, if you guys should be done with him, we’d probably like to have’em back.
