Jim Schwartz Goes for 2nd Interview with the Lions
Looks like he has a good shot at getting the job. Who do you want to replace him? My money is on Dave McGinnis.

Definitely hope they go McGinnis over Williams...
Williams has gotten horrible reviews for his arrogant attitude everywhere he’s gone since he left here.
Where I was raised 2 + 2 = 3rd and 6.

I'd prefer Williams.
The working relationship is already there. Perhaps Williams is just pissed off because he doesn’t like working for guys who aren’t as smart as Jeff Fisher is. I can understand that.

An outside opinion
The Saints are apparently targeting Williams first and foremost. They haven’t even bothered to schedule other interviews, so far as I know.
Personally, I hope Detroit doesn’t hire Schwartz, and I bet you guys do too. But if they do, and you have to replace your coordinator, I think the Saints are going to go for whoever you don’t pick. If Williams gets the nod, McGinnis may very well want out—and that will make him a hot commodity for a number of teams, including New Orleans. If you elevate McGinnis, I expect Williams will sign with the Saints.
I just wish Detroit would hurry up.
Who is that person talking about beating those Saints?
