Roydell Williams Activated from the PUP List

PrintTerry McCormick is reporting that the Titans have activated receiver Roydell Williams from the PUP list. He was a limited participant in this morning's practice. Williams emerged last season as a bit of a playmaker. He is obviously behind because of the injury, but his play from last season should get him a spot on the roster while he is still healing IMO.
