PrintAnother pretty bad effort by the offense thus far. Fisher just said at halftime that he didn't talk to his guys about keeping their composure. He said if the Falcons keep playing after the whistle the Titans will too. That is why I love Jeff Fisher.

matt ryan looks pretty good to me
and michael turner is one Titans fans were wanting to grab. The falcons will be better this year guys. but, our passing offense is infuriating none the less.

Yet we’re still at the bottom of every NFL ranking by every expert out there. I guess we’ll have to roll over a couple teams early in the season if we want respect.

I think he just locked up the starting job for the Falcons. I haven’t felt this hopeful since the 1998 Super Bowl!

We can’t throw against press coverage corners because we don’t practice against press coverage. Our defense runs Cover 2 so that’s all our QBs see in practice.

our stadium the only one that gets a decent crowd in preseason. It seems like whenever i see other games at other stadiums it’s almost empty

And Vince will take ALL the heat for it.
I can’t see the game and I know Vince didn’t throw everything perfect, but he was 9 of 18 and from what it sounded like, at least 4 of those were drops or could have caughts.

i'd say
vince made 2 to 4 bad throws…..
a couple of those had pressure…a couple didn’t….
at the same time eddie george is doing a side-by-side comparison on one of vince’s poor out routes to the TE versus Matt Ryans perfect out route to the TE……ryan over throws his WR’s 3 times in a row for what would have been TD’s…..but that was hardly ever brought up b/c they wanted to go back to breaking down VY’s inconsistencies……
i swear, our team is so reliant on 11 solid guys
name an area of the team…..and it seems that just one key guy (sometimes a very key guy, sometimes a regular guy) missing just messes things all up…
with haynesworth, our DLine looks like an allstar team that is unstoppable
without haynseworth, we can’t hit the qb if we rush 7 and they only leave 5 in to block
with harper and hope, our secondary hardly ever makes a mistake
with either hill or lowry, our secondary can’t stop anyone
with stewart and roos, our oline provides exceptional blocking
without steward, vince had pressure all game
with a starting WR’s, we can’t catch anything
with our backup WR’s, we can’t catch anything
hehehe, our WR’s just suck anyway you slice it
