*2007 Stats
Obviously the Packers offensive stats should be taken with a grain of salt considering they put up those numbers with a Hall of Fame quarterback, and they will be led in 2008 by Aaron Rodgers who has exactly zero career starts. Rodgers will still have all of the weapons that helped Brett Favre put up those numbers including Greg Jennings, Ryan Grant and Donald Driver. Rodgers, assuming he stays healthy, will have a few starts under his belt when he comes to LP Field. I expect their offense will look a lot better by this time in the season than it does early on.
The Packers were pretty much middle of the road on defense which means the Titans should be able to move the ball on the ground through the air. This could be a tricky game for the Titans because they will be coming off a big win over the Colts in front of a national televison audience. They will also be working wtih a short week since that Colts game is a Monday Nighter. This will be the Titans first hiccup of the year. It will be close, but they will get their first loss of the season, but hey, no one is going to complain about a 7-1 start.

I believe you may have made a mistake.
Those Titans stats just seem a little off. If only we could be second in pass offense!

Looks like everyone disagrees with you, Jimmy.
Check the poll, we say a win against Green Bay. If your other predictions are true, then this makes the Titans 8-0.
Man, the kool-aid is tasty this year.

We a disagreeable bunch.
I’d rather you be wrong about this one, though.

Defense defense defense
I see no reason this D shouldn’t be neck and neck with the 1999-2000 team, and the O-Line and running came could be better overall.
That better mean a lot of wins, or I’ll be very disappointed.

I don't understand
why can’t we dream that we will go unbeaten the whole season? Anything can happen on any given sunday. I think our team can compete with any team out there and have decent chance of winning every sunday. With hardwork and some luck, i believe this can be a superbowl year for us.
if the giants can do it, why can’t us?
Go Titans!

Exactly.
If you’re gonna dream. Dream BIG! Who wanted to be a garbage man as a kid? We all (or most) dreamed of catching the winning TD pass in the Super Bowl or hitting the series winning homer in the World Series.
We’re fans. It’s ok for us to dream that our team goes 20 and 0. It’s ok that I feel good that the Pats went 19-1.
