Mortensen probably breaks more stories than anyone out there. He is very well connected in NFL circles. He misses some every now and then, but I would say his overall percentage is pretty good.

I wanted to disapprove, but I'll cut Mort some slack...
His reports/tips were usually money before the past few years when he’s felt the pressure to beat internet sources and Jay Glazer… every now and again you get the feeling guys in the league feed him wrong info just to take him down a peg.
Plus, he inspired one of my favorite internet parodies...
