Tennessee Titans Uniform Change

There is not a lot going on in the Sports world today, so I found this blog worthy. The Titans have apparently changed their Home Jerseys to the Light Blue's and the Navy Blues will now be the Alternates. The full article is on GoTitans.com.

I have no problem with this at all. The evidence to this is on the Titans pro shop web site. They now have the light blues listed as the home jerseys.

How do you feel about this? Good move or big mistake?

it’s more of a marketing thing. If they make the baby blues the home, more people will want to buy the “new” home jersey, thus increasing jersey sales…just a thought. Both look solid either way.

Light Blue...

I like the light blue because it does go back to the Oiler colors. I always loved those uniforms!

red uniforms

What ever happened to the red jerseys? those things were sweet. didn’t they try to wear those when they played dallas on christmas? About the current uniforms, I prefer dark navy jerseys on dark navy pants

The Titans need to keep the original jersey. Nothing against the ‘Titans blue’ but the navy is the better jersey.

Would anyone else like to see the Titans go to a traditional, very old school look. I think it would be a better representation of our all-business, blue-collar image. I would love to see the Titans have a navy jersey with light blue numerals three light blue stripes on the sleeves with no white at all on the home jersey. They could also have a light blue jersey that could be the inverse of that. The road jersey would be white with navy numerals, with two light blue and one navy stripe. I think they’d look bad ass.
