Individual Ticket Sales

I need some direction.  Does anyone know what day individual tickets will go on sale for the Titans home games?  Can you get them online?  I'm planning on making a trip to the Titans-Colts MNF game, so I want to get my tickets early.

Also, any hotel suggestions.  I stayed at the Marriott (I think) that overlooks Vanderbilt stadium last year.  Very cool...the maintenance guys even let me walk around on the field which was neat...just not close enough to LP Field.  What hotel would you recommend closer to the stadium?  I remember there was an old looking hotel just a few blocks away from the river that looked neat, but I can't remember the name of it.

Thanks for the help.....

The Hilton or the Union Station are my favorites

if you can drop that kinda money… the Sheraton is a close and cheaper option that is still good. They’ll all be close enough to get shuttle service or a cab to the parking lot.

Nearer the stadium, cheaper options than August West gave:

There’s the Ramada Inn; it is on Interstate Dr, literally across the street from the stadium. It was originally going to be torn down to be a part of the parking lots, but they managed to convince the city government to let them stay. They have a “world famous indoor guitar-shaped pool,” if those sorts of things matter to you. Not a bad place, but it’s your standard roadside hotel, no restaurant, just a continental breakfast. Good luck getting a room, they’re probably already booked for game weekends, call soon.

The Days Inn Stadium is walking distance, half a mile away down 1st St. But it’s old and has seen better days, and is in a bad neighborhood. But the people who run the place are very nice, and it’s cheap; I attend a conference there every year.

And NOT the Stadium Inn.

Wile close to the stadium, it’s the kind of place that rents rooms by the hour, if you know what I mean.

I hope so.

They would be easier to clean.

Game Ticket Sales

Yeah, I know, I’m not posting my third comment in a row.

Checked with the ticket office while at lunch: game tix go on sale Saturday, July 12.

You can buy them at any Ticketmaster outlet, at the stadium, over the phone at 615-255-9600, or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Or, you can go here:
http://teamexchange.ticketmaster.com/html/eventlist.htmI?l=EN&team=titans&CNTX=

That’s the link for the Titans Ticket Exchange, the Titans-approved venue for season ticket holders to resell their unwanted game tickets.

I've only ever gotten tickets through ticketmaster

On the release day. I bat about 50% – every other year I’ll manage to get game tickets online. Other years if I want to go to a game live I pick them up on ebay or similar.

I use ticketexchange.

I’ve been able to get pretty good seats from season ticket holders.

On the other hand, I’ve never seen a division game live – I always get tickets for weird crap like Oakland or San Diego.

I'm a season ticket holder

and we tailgate like crazy for every game, and it never fails, there is always people trying to GIVE tickets away. If you are pretty outgoing , you can wait until gameday and wade through the tailgates making friends, it is a gamble tho. Just stay away from the guys at the ends of the bridges if you wait until gameday.

That would be cool.

I would go to the tailgate, even if I didn’t have game tickets.
