Inbred?
The Chris Johnson pick is simply inexcusable. They could have traded down into the early-mid second round and still got this douchebag. It wasn't a wise use of the pick and hearing Wycheck laud this pick makes him look like a companyman.
If they were hellbent on a RB, they should have traded up a little to ensure that they got one. Now, it looks like the were determined to get a running back regardless of who fell to them.
If he is a bust, Reinfeld and whoever else pushed for this pick need to be fired.
On a more serious note, is the Titans staff too inbred? Reinfeld is a former Titans, Fisher has been their forever, and Dinger is a re-tred. I don't know much about their scouting staff, but I'm assuming that Mr. Adams has hired folks that he is comfortable with and his pattern tells me that they are also former Titans.
Is there enough diversity in this front office to get a good argument over who to draft or are they all so alike that they all want the same guy/position? A lack of diversity creates the inability to be critical of dumb decisions (i.e. Chris Henry).

This team keeps getting better and better
But hey, if he goes to a slew of Pro Bowls one day nobody's going to remember if he went 10 picks too early for the taste of a bunch of draftniks.

It's fine to get a grat change-up back.
But it's still frustrating to have has such HUGE struggles in the passing game, and then when the very BEST WR falls in your lap, and you still reach for a different guy. If it works, great. I just don't wanna see freakin' Brandon Jones drop any more damn game-winners. After passing on the BEST receiver in the draft, that would be hard to stomach.
But then again, maybe if the Team'd had our new change-up, we'd have beaten SD twice. He's DEFINITELY an upgrade over the tandem of C. Brown and C. Henry.

They were talking about Chris Johnson
I'm not saying it will turn out to be a brilliant pick, I'm just saying they picked exactly who they and what they intended to.
This is what you get for getting too wrapped up in mock drafts - disappointment ;-)! If you are totally ignorant of the college game as I am, then you don't watch the draft going "WHO??? They drafted WHO??!!!"... Ignorance is Bliss.
I just can't wait till the dang pre-season starts and I get to see some of these guys on the field!

Munchak? D-Linemen?

Jim Washburn is the D-line coach
I agree, and I never question the D-Linemen we take. Washburn always knows what he's doing in that regard.
