Best & Worst possible case

so basically your draft board for titans
i took out the 15 most obvious players who wouldn't be around at 24th pick

C.Long, J.Long, McFadden, Dorsey, Gholston
Ryan, Ellis, McKelvin, Rogers-Cromartie, Rivers
Mendenhall, Harvey, Jenkins, and 2 players from (Clady/Albert/Williams/Otah/Cherilius) = doesn't really matter because we are not picking OT in 1st

than ranked 9 players after words

  1. Merling
  2. Sweed
  3. Thomas
  4. Stewart
  5. Jackson
  6. Hardy
  7. Balmer
  8. Cason
  9. Talib
my best case is Merling and worst case is Cason/Talib (i think 4 OT will be drafted before us but used 3 to be safe)

so what's your best case and worst case for 24th pick ?

Why no
Malcolm Kelly? You think cuz of his 40 he drops from top 15 to out of the top 25?

My best case scenario:

1.M.Kelly-Still the best WR in the draft.

2.D.Jackson-D.Thomas-L.Sweed-J.Stewart in no particular order .  I would take any of these players if Kelly is gone. I don't really want a HB, but I can't see passing on Stewart if he is there.

3.Talib

4.Balmer

5.Hardy

6.Merling

7.Cason

oh, Crap..
i was wondering why i had both cason and talib in
i would pt Kelly between sweed and thomas tho, i think they are almost same in terms of talent
sweed has injury issue but he has played with young before so ill go with him over kelly

BBB
I usually agree with most of your comments, but I have some serious concerns with Malcolm Kelly's comments regarding his pro day and forty time.  I can swallow this sort of behavior if I have to for a premier, proven receiver (ie. Chad Johnson).  But, for someone who hasn't stepped foot on an NFL field, this is a red flag.

I agree
but he's still just a kid. And kids sometimes in difficult situations say stupid things. He is looking for a way to restore his stock. He should hire a PR person or something. He is going about defending his 40 time in a bad way, when in all reality he shouldn't be doing it at all. He is a good WR good or bad 40.

I know we need
a WR really bad. But if Balmer is there i really hope we take him. Him next to Alby would be sick. Then we can draft Earl in the second.  Thats my best case.

i agree
merling would be my best case scenario. second choice would be felix jones. 3rd...i dunno, unless we are willing to trade up to get earl earlier in the second if we have to, i guess someone from the grab bag of receivers listed. im guessin one of them will become a legit #1, one will be a legit #2, and the others will become fantasy football waiver wire material.
