Chad Johnson
He demanded he wants out of Cincy before the draft, and if not, he says there is NO way he is going to show up for any workouts or camp.
I say we snag him right away. He's a top 5 wide reciever and it would immediatly make us a definite playoff team. We give up a second and third rounder, or just a first if we need to. Who's better? Malcom Kelly, Devin Thomas, Limas Sweed, Desean Jackson, Chad Johnson. Hmmmm.
I know he's a "colorful" character, but I love his skills. What do you think?

Heckuva receiver,
What you think Beans?
But seriously, I'm a dispassionate no: I won't be angry if we get him, but I'll have some major reservations... the man can play when he isn't pissing off everyone in within earshot.

ummm...
Always loved his showboating; now he's just being an *sshole and violating his contract.
I`m losing interest in Chad.
But seriously why would he want to be in a run-first offense? He would be happy with a QB like Brees in NO, but Nashville would not be great for his stats, though he would obviously be the best receiver the franchise has ever had.

agree on all accounts.

me three
I just can't see him being happy in Nashville. Coach Fisher is not a Chad-personality friendly person, and Titan's style ball isn't good for the prima-donna-ish of the elite receivers. A Marvin Harrison personality would fit in fine, but a Chad or TO type personality is not going to work well for long on a Titans team. We're just gonna have to draft one 1st or 2nd round and hope Heimy + extra year under VY's belt equals some improvement in passing game.

I'm also a "no".
And TN needs draft picks. Other needs are there. They are also important. For a second or third, maybe, but for a first? No way. Other fish to fry with that TOP pick, and it's in a good spot, too.
