Is Fisher really leaving the door open?
These are interesting comments by Fisher - perhaps it is just a negotiation ruse... But with Pac handing out food to the poor and Goodell saying he is encouraged by his attitude, could it be that the Titans are changing their perspective a bit? Can they get more value for Pacman if they get him on the field a bit this year and hold off until the trade deadline?
Are they actually considering all these options seriously?
Thoughts?

Seriously?
We need other bidders to drive-up the price.
Jerry Jones is the only owner who is arrogant, greedy and dumb enough to trade for a guy whose reinstatement date isn't set in stone yet. The others (who all say they aren't interested right now) are willing to wait.
Think of it like an E-Bay auction: when you see that signed Loggins & Messina album you're dying for, you don't bid while there's still 2 weeks left in the auction because you're just going to make it more expensive for yourself - if you wait and jump in at the last minute you'll be Sailing on the Sea of Smooth Music at a good price for both sides!

But you have to be willing to call the bluff.
IMO it would make sense to keep him and keep him on the inactive roster (if necessary) rather than take a 6th round pick for him. Why give Dallas a steal? There's no reason to do that.

"keep him on the inactive roster"
Even worse: they couldn't do anything else with him to keep him further away from the locker room or sidelines (ala Keyshawn and TO a few years back, before it was addressed in the new CBA) or they would be sued by the NFLPA and lose.
As Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter once wrote: 'He's gone / and nothin's gonna bring him back... / nothin left to do but SMILE, SMILE SMILE!'
