This doesn't necessarily have to be an encounter with a Titan, as I know many of the people on this board don't live in Nashville.

Anyway, got the idea from a story posted over on Stampede Blue currently, one of the posters there apparently had drinks with Robert Mathis last weekend.

Anyway, give us your best encounters with sports figures you're a fan of.

I have 3, none of them particularly cool:

1. I parked Steve McNair's SUV once while working as a valet at the Wild Boar (for non-Nashvillians: was once the most expensive restaurant in the city, possibly the state.  Dinner ran around $200 a person plus drinks.  Boasted a multi-million dollar wine collection.  Closed a few years ago due to bankruptcy).  He gave me a very large tip.
2. I met Eddie George at Davis-Kidd (famous Nashville bookstore) while I was meeting a friend who worked there for lunch.  He was buying a book on landscape architecture.
3. I am 98% certain I was standing in line behind Frank Wychek waiting on a urinal at a Metallica concert, but I didn't actually talk to him there, it would have been a little weird.
