The Return of the Todd McShay Big Board

The Titans are in the playoffs so we don't have to start thinking about the draft just yet, but it is never to early to take a peak at some big boards.

Todd McShay's after the jump:

31. Ndamukong Suh* DT Nebraska 6-4 305 90
32. Percy Harvin* WR Florida 5-10¾ 187 90

Obviously a lot of factors are at work here, and I am not even sure how effective of a pro Percy Harvin will be, but how much fun would it be to have him and Chris Johnson on the field at the same time?

You can rest assured

that I will never predict a WR in 1st round again.

Ladies and gentlemen, your next Tennessee Titan is...

…Terrence Cody, DT, Alabama. At 6’4" and 375 lbs, he’ll be perfect for the Titans.

I was thinking

The exact same thing. Especially if we don’t sign Big Al.

If we do sign AH tho, I would expect us to go best available. Or maybe CB.

IMHO Terrence Cody might be the best available, given the Titans scheme.

Alabama’s defense was pretty damned good this year—probably at least as good as UT’s was back when Haynesworth and Henderson played next to each other. Given a few years in Titan blue, it’s not hard to imagine Cody becoming at least close to what Big Al is now.

If he does anything at all at the combines he will go significantly higher than 24. People are loving the DTs right now (defensive tackles not delirium tremens).

Good point.

Agreed

No way Mount Cody slides to us, and we don’t trade up.

Let's just hope he's not a cheater like most Alabama players

Including a certain projected number 1 pick.

I think this list is incorrect

I don’t think Cody is coming out this year. He could, obviously, and if he got to us then Holy Sh!t, but I don’t think he’s entering the draft.

If I hit a hole-in-one on this grand slam the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

Come on...

We are gonna get Albert to stay…

And at pick 32 WR is the likely choice as people are afraid to pick them high anymore. Donnie Avery did well, as did Desean Jackson.

Thanks You!

The Titans deserve some optimism after this season…

I got a fun game!

Let’s predict how bad Detroit, Dallas and Washington F up their drafts! That should be a good time!

USC

Just draft any defensive player from USC and we will be good to go….

REDICULOUS

Umm.. I don’t know what this guy is thinking, but there’s NO way Michael Oher slips to 23 (???!!!!) Unreal – This guy is a top 5 pick. . . and could slip to the top 10. . . but anyone who has watched SEC football knows what he can do. Read “The Blind Side” . . .

THE PICK

Peria Jerry of Ole Miss. . . this guy isn’t being talked about but will end up in the 1st round somewhere – PLAYS like Big Albert . . . Monster DTackle and we know how much Fish loves badass D linemen
