Vince will start again says Bud
Check out this interview of ESPN with Bud Adams. Meat of the story is Bud saying Vince will remain a Titan for the next three years and he will start again. Some excerpts from Bud...
"Vince will be the starter when he is ready to go, and when that happens will be up to the coaches,'' Adams said. "But we're not trading him [or releasing him], because we'd be letting go of an outstanding player. He didn't go downhill this quick. There's never been any talk about trading Vince; I'd certainly want to see him play some more."
I'm still a VY fan so I'm gonna say i'm pretty excited about this and I look forward to seeing Vince again start next season.

I still believe in VY too…I hope this means we don’t do something stupid like go after Matt Cassell or draft a first-day QB, VY definitely needs another shot to prove himself. I still remember the Colts-Titans home game in 2006 that I was at, VY almost single-handedly won that game for us (Bironas’ 60- yarder helped too)
I'm excited
Shonn Greene for Heisman
Doak Walker award winner
144 yards per game
6.2 yards per carry
08 TDs per game > 06 GPA
Way to go, Bud.
Just tie the coaches’ hands behind their backs, why don’t you?
This just cost us Collins for next year.
Yes, he had a terrible game yesterday, and yes, he’s said he doesn’t want to be a backup anymore. But I think the coaches could have pulled something like Whisenhunt did in Arizona with Warner – convinced him to come back with the knowledge it would be an all-out competition between him and Leinart for the starting job, and that whoever won it would have it for the year. Collins might have taken that. But now that this is out there, he’s going to have his agent making phone calls at the first available opportunity.
unless collins goes back to his play from the first 8 games
im not too concerned. there are always veteran qbs out there, and the titans are good at finding them.
This week
VY will be in the game this week. I’m thinking he’ll be a replacement in the late quarters, but I’m almost convinced he’ll be in for a couple of plays.
we have been waiting all season
hasn’t happened other than as an act of mercy against the lions. you would THINK it’s a good idea, like a lot of us around here, but the only guy who matters, fisher, has shown zero interest in vince doing much of anything but sitting since the week one circus.
