Next Monday Night
Let me get this out of the way first, I am a Colts Fan.
With that said, I'm really looking forward to our meeting next Monday. This game will answer a lot of questions:
1. Can the Titans stay undefeated late into October?
2. Can the Colts get it together and make a push to win the division?
(Aren't those two usually switched around?)
3. Who are the Colts this year? Are they the team that beat the number one defense handily? Or they the team that allows 10 minute drives and can't get the offense moving.
4. Are the Titans for real this year?
The Titans are off to a tremendous start this year, and yes I am going to bring this up, their level of competition has not been that stiff so far. But this season is all messed up. No one is where they should be. The "Big Dogs" are having horrible years: New England, San Diego, Indy, Cowboys. The only ones are the Giants. But with a solid win next week the Titans will get more much due respect.
The Colts are off to a...rusty start, to say the least. Well at least compared to what we have come to expect. Manning has thrown for 8 TDs and 7 INTs, the Defense is giving up over 150 yards a game, and the coaching doesn't seem to have game plans some weeks.
So this match up will answer some of these questions for this season. The Titans usually can run the ball at will, the Colts can't stop the run to save their Grandmother's lives. Historically the Colts play some of their best football against the Titans and this Monday Night they will have to. Overall this should, as usual, be a great game.
Here's to a great game on Monday and the continuation of a great rivalry!

colts fans keep missing the fact
that if we beat you guys, it’s just another losing team to add to all the others we have beaten.

I am worried...
about the game next Monday. It’s a divisional rivalry game and the Colts have more to lose than the Titans (a loss and they are in serious trouble). I don’ think the Titans will take them lightly and the Colts will have to play better to have a chance….but I think it will be a pretty big statement game if the Titans win it.
I like the post from the colts fan, it was honest and right in a lot of ways. There really is no GREAT team in the NFL this year. I’m all for calling the Titans great, but the next 2 or 3 weeks will say a lot!
We have to get pressure on Manning, if we do, then it should be a great night. If he gets time to throw, then our offense will need to step up and play well.

if we lose
it wont be because we come out flat. the one problem is, as always, it’s peyton and he might have one of those nights where he is unstoppable.
the great thing about 6-0 is that we really don’t need this game THAT badly. i will be pissed as hell, and hate seeing colts fans, but the titans will still be cruising at 6-1. every team loses games, its not the end of the world if we do, even to indy.
the boys just need to treat it like any opponent and play their game. we are a better team than indy. we should be able to stuff it down their tiny d-line’s throat all night. they need to keep composure and just do it.

meh...
I wouldn’t worry too much about it. The colts are simply not very good this year. They had one good game where they were firing on all cylinders, but we all know that to be good you need to go out and do that every week, like we do.
After seeing their pathetic, pop warner joke of a performance against the Pack Sunday, I think we can safely look past the Colts and start worrying about the actual competition we’ll soon be facing.

Given the Colts performance thus far
We won’t get our due respect if the boys follow through with the much anticipated win over the Colts. We’ll have to beat the Packers at home and then Chicago at Soldier Field before the anal-ists will come around.
