Tennessee Titans 34 Kansas City Chiefs 10: Quick Recap
Another good win for the boys in two-toned blue. The Titans ended the game with 40 carries for 332 yards. Now that is Jeff Fisher football. We will have to hear another week of the talk about how the Titans haven't beaten anyone, but the good news is the Colts are coming to town next week. A beatdown of the Colts will quiet that talk.
Use this thread to discuss the Colts vs. Packers game as well as the Titans' win. Links in the morning.

A Boring Game
But in a good way! I had the Bears game to keep my heart racing in the meantime. The Titans won a game (soundly) that they should have won. It was nice to see both Lendale and CJ have good days on the ground (love the Bongo celebration, even though he’ll probably get fined – I don’t think he cares).
Immediatly following the game the folks on CBS were talking about how the Titans haven’t played anyone worth merit — but this team is forreal and I expect them to show up big next week under the lights @ LP Field. I can’t wait!
6-0 feels pretty damn good!

The Colts are 10-points behind the Packers at the half
i wonder if the Colts are gonna “engineer” another one of those bullshit comebacks where the opposing team hands them the game on a silver platter.
In any case, the upset at Lambeau looks like it is in the works. This should shut up those Colt fans who, after their only impressive performance (last week) since last year, think that the team has returned to Superbowl form.
I even saw a Power Ranking that had them at #3 this week. What a joke.

That
Is a joke. Green Bay is taking it to them. Yikes

colts are getting their
posteriors handed to them. They are going to really have their backs up against the wall Monday night. Unfortunately for them, that wall is in our home stadium.
Really looking forward to the next couple of games.

It's really sad
looking over at their blog, and seeing some of them giving up on their own team. How pathetic.

That, and a lot of em are blaming the referees for everything. Everything. It's desperation. Most of em probably weren't Colt fans the last time they weren't good so they don't know how to handle it.
By the way. It’s officially Colt hate week.

Something I don't get:
We will have to hear another week of the talk about how the Titans haven’t beaten anyone, but the good news is the Colts are coming to town next week. A beatdown of the Colts will quiet that talk.
Who exactly is anyone? About the only other team that seems to know what it’s about week in and week out is the Steelers. Most of the other teams seem decidedly bi-polar, even the Giants. But assuming that “anyone” is a record of 4-2 or better, I don’t see why beating up the Colts Monday night would change people’s opinion. They’re about to drop to 3-3, and if we beat them, they’ll be 3-4.
My point is that if anyone out there is still under the mistaken impression that we aren’t for real, beating the Colts in our house isn’t going to change their mind. That will probably have to wait for our showdown with Pittsburgh.

people can think whatever they want....
it’s the wins that count….i’m a cardinals fan in baseball and i love when people say they were lucky to win the world series in 2006; maybe so, but the World Series Trophy resides in STL, and it doesn’t matter what people say.

And I do appreciate that
I can’t even describe the feeling that this year’s playoff sweep brought. I haven’t watched an inning of baseball since and won’t until March.

As an Angels fan,
I can sympathize. At least the BoSox lost.

people who say the titans schedule is soft are idiots
i think the jags, ravens, and vikings are all decent teams and we beat them. bengals, texans, chiefs…not so much, but it wasnt like we squeaked by. all three of those games were beatdowns. how did those cupcake games work out for dallas, washington and the giants?
undefeated in the nfl is impressive any way you slice it. just cause we don’t have any superstar players, people don’t think we’re foreal.

The point
is that this is the NFL and every team is capable of winning on any given Sunday. The Giants losing to the Browns, and Dallas losing to Arizona is proof of how hard it is for a team to win 6 games in a row. I hate those TV blow hards. They’ll be all over out nuts when we’re killin QBs in the playoffs.

our nuts... not out nuts.
Not sure what out nuts are.

Forget Dallas losing to the Cardinals. They lost to the freakin' RAMS!

Just by being a QB gets him a lot more votes i think
My brother’s a Falcons fan and i must say that guy is very very impressive. His stats don’t say enough about that guy.

Atlanta has a really good team. They've done a terrific job down there this year.
