All Texas Draft

I know this sounds absurd, but how great would this draft be.
1st round. Limas Sweed WR-Texas. playmaking wide reciever, exactly what we need and vince is used to throwing td strikes to him.
2nd round. Jamal Charles RB-Texas. a great lightning to lendales thunder. great speed and is a steal in the second round, due to his idiocracy for leaving early. He also will be great for vince's offense since he is a threat to take the ball on a zone read and get outside if the defense doesnt jump early. Just watch TX-Okie State 2005 for an example.
3rd round. J-Mike Finley TE-Texas. A big playmaking tight end, that could easily drop this far. He is a big target that gets downfeild fast. Will be great in the pros.
We can even patch up DT with lokey if he drops that far.
These are 3 gamebrakers at 3 needy positions for the titans and all come out of the U, and all have played with vinny.
This could be an awesome draft, since there is so many playmakers and that is what we need.

Sweed a questionmark...

I'm not sold on Sweed. He looks to me as a Mike Williams/Dwayne Jarret type player.
Big on size and psysical, but no breakaway speed.

i think he will run around a 4.5. Ive watched him develop and think he will be like a roy williams. he is a gifted athlete.

Sweed's speed is good enough

Not sure what Jarrett's problem is, but Mike Williams suffers from a lack of desire, not speed. A 6'5" 200+ lbs reciever with good hands and good routes will succeed if he wants to. Mike Williams' dedication, and desire have been questioned everywhere he has been.

I like....

Finley and Lokey.

I'm not sold on Sweed either. He's a very good receiver, but I'm not sure he's what we are looking for. Maybe.

Charles is lightning quick. Good change up for us, but he has MAJOR fumble problems which I know Fisher does not like. Other than that I would love to see him in the two tone blue.

Maybe we can get Fisher and Reiny to get as many of the members of the Horns championship team as possible. ;)
