This one should bring a little fire to the board. Who is your favorite college football team? Who is your least favorite college football team?

I am a Bama fan and have been since birth because my dad is.

My least favorite team is Tennessee, hands down. Maybe I wouldn't hate them so much if I didn't live in the heart of big orange country, and didn't have to hear there fans all the time.

favorite team: Memphis Tigers...have to cheer for university I am attending...

least favorite team: (tie) Vols and Ole Miss...just like Jimmy, I feel like I live in a city that ignores the Tigers in lieu of the Vols and Ole Miss...

And I have to say this, I actually loathe the SEC some (i grew up in Big 12 country) b/c everytime I turn on sports talk radio they are talking about some stupid SEC football recruit or who the o-line will be for the Rebels...

Last year when the Memphis Grizzlies were in the NBA playoffs, sports talk radio was more concnerned with spring practice for the vols or rebels than cover the griz in the playoffs...that pisses me off...

But I guess I don't have any clear cut favorites in college football since my tigers suck...I just pick and choose each year...

though i can say that right now I HATE USC...

Yeah, I'm a Vol.

Born and bred to bleed orange since I was a baby.

I hate Alabama but that should be a given.

Have season tickets. Go to every home game. Yell until I have no voice. Good times.

Been to road games UGA, UF, Alabama, and South Carolina.

Alabama fans were very nice though...

That was the 10-6 game I went to and I was obviously a bit upset.

But every one was nice for the most part.

When I went to Athens in 2004, I went with one of my guy friends and random Dawg fans would just run up to me before the game and bark in my ear.

I just smiled.

One threw a papertowel at me that I think had some shit wiped on it.

Then Tennessee won in an upset and you better believe I sang "Rocky Top" in their sad Dawg faces on the way out...

Not all UGA fans are bad of course...my cousin is a student there. I just ran into some bad apples.

You are wrong...

All UGA fans are complete jerks and morons. Okay, maybe not all...but at least 96% are.

I am a UT fan living in GA. I know every team has those obnoxious, jerk fans...but there is no doubt in my mind that UGA fans are the worst.

Also, Jimmy, I don't know that it was such a good idea to let all of your readers know that you are a Bama fan. You may lose some readers for that one.

Yeah well it's ONLY my cousin that I'll let slide.

I mean I'm a GIRL and they were in my face talking crap before the game...and I literally had not said and not say one word.

UGA fans seem to be jackasses rather they win or lose...Florida fans were actually pretty humble in the Zook era (error).

Huge Horns Fan

At risk of sounding like a homer, I think there is a strong chance that we see a rematch of USC and Texas in the MNC next year. Not necesarily because Texas has an unusually talented team, but rather because they play a cupcake schedule. Let's also not forget that UT would have likely been playing for a repeat championship last year if Colt hadn't gotten injured. If Colt stays healthy this year and we can get our offensive line in order, I'd expect to see us in New Orleans on January 8th.

Worst team...I loathe OU. tOSU is a close second for a fan base full of classless clowns.

Don't forget....

Indiana was the 1992 Copper Bowl Champs! Their coach, Terry Hoeppner is very good. I think he has them going in the right direction. However, he is having major health problems (brain surgery), and he hasn't been with the team since March. Since I live in Illinois, and am an Indiana fan....I have to say I hate the Illini. It's not exactly Mich/OSU, or Tenn/FL, but it's all I have!!

The IU situation is sad

The AD implied that Hoeppner won't be coming back and the fans should start getting used to the idea of hiring a new coach. That's got to be horrible for everyone involved.

Do you live in Tennessee? If the answer is yes, then maybe there is a reason the press is always talking about UT(The Real UT, that is).

I live in GA, and I have to read about UGA all of the time...that is not the reason I hate them. I hate them because their fans are moronic butt-clowns.
