Keyshawn Johnson to Retire
Michael Smith of ESPN is reporting that Keyshawn has decided to retire. (Of course Michael Smith also said during the draft coverage that some people thought Brady Quinn was only getting all the attention because his name is Brady?!?) He apparently did receive an offer from the Titans and turned it down. Keyshawn is expected to pursue a career in TV.
I have had mixed feelings about Keyshwan coming here all along. It is hard to comment on the Titans efforts to sign him until the details of the offer are revealed. If the Titans low balled him it will make me a little angry, but either way, life goes on.
Update [2007-5-23 12:20:35 by Jimmy]:The Tennessean is reporting the offer was $7-8 million over 2 years. That is no low ball.
