I don't think this will happen. Reggie has too much money and too many lawyers to let them take away his Heisman. That doesn't mean I don't think Vince was more deserving, cause I do. But, if nothing else the NCAA won't like admitting their former poster child was jackin quid on the hush hush and will kill it before taking back the award.
